Log into Coalstoke, drag your Sales Navigator export onto the dashboard, and every row lands in your HubSpot Contacts with the email SMTP-verified through our own dedicated SMTP verification fleet. No scraper to install, no Zapier bill, no separate verifier subscription. Your team logs in with the same magic link and shares one workspace. $50 base + $0.0012 per lead — you pay for what you actually send.

  1. Open coalstoke.com/signup and enter your work email.
  2. Click the link we email you — you land in your dashboard.
  3. Open Leads in the sidebar, drag your Sales Navigator CSV onto the drop zone, name the list, hit Import & verify.

This lets me install the Coalstoke connector inside your portal on your behalf — you never touch developer settings. You keep full control; remove me anytime.

  1. In HubSpot, open Settings → Users & Teams → Create user.

What lands in your HubSpot.

Every row from your CSV becomes a HubSpot Contact with the fields your team already reads from — no custom-property setup. Each contact carries an SMTP verification status your senders can trust before sending.

  • Name & titleFirst name, last name, job title, company — parsed and normalized from your CSV headers.
  • Verified emailSMTP-verified through our own dedicated SMTP verification fleet, not resold from a third party.
  • LinkedIn URLPopulates HubSpot's native hs_linkedin_url field, so it shows in the standard LinkedIn column.
  • Phone numberWhen Sales Nav caught it. Not fabricated when unknown.
  • Deliverability score0.0–1.0 per contact. Catch-alls flagged honestly, not passed as "found".
  • Verification statusOne of found, catch_all, protected, not_found. Explicit, so you know what to send to.
  • Master exportEvery lead you've ever uploaded, downloadable in one CSV — with current status, deliverability score, source upload, and a retry_recommended flag on rows worth another pass.
  • Retry loopOne click re-runs every retry-flagged lead through a different fleet IP. Catch-alls often flip to found on the second attempt without you touching the CSV.

You pay for what you actually send. A fixed $50 monthly base covers the dedicated fleet and platform. On top of that, you pay $0.0012 per lead — same rate whether you send ten thousand or a million. No tiers to hit, no overage fees, no metered-price gotchas. If you send zero leads in a month, you pay $50.
